Cleaning my outdoor deck?

What can i use to clean stains off my weathered timber decking ?

1. If is a black stain it is mildew. spray the deck with the following solution, let soak and hose off. Solution is 1 part laundry bleach, 3 parts water, 1/4 cup detergent.

3. Vinegar and a pressure washer. Works like a charm. My company used to clean decks, and we'd mop it with vinegar, which will kill any mold or fungi growing on it, and then use a pressure washer on medium to clean off all the discoloring gunk. It's by far and away the best method I've used, and I have used many that did not work nearly as well.
