Rate my yugioh deck.?

I know my deck is not great, maybe not even good. This is why I am seeking to make it better. I play using the TRADITIONAL card list. 2. i rate it a 4.5/10 u have too many high level monsters.i suggest u either take some out,or put more low leveled monsters in.but putting more cards in may make it harder to find the right cards.and u can add more acient gear soldiers or a chimera if u take a few cards out.if ur going to put a magic cylinder,u can take out 1 of ur sakuretsu armors and draining shield.and ,even though limiter removal is a good card,it has a downside,so only use 1 as a last resort to win the duel,or as a last defense ,since doubling ur attack while ur opponents attacking wont stop it.
3. I recommend taking out your raigeki break because not a lot of people use banned cards in their deck. Another thing is that I recommend taking out would be your banned cards (Pot of Greed, Change of Heart, and Monster Reborn) You might want to search the web for a cite with a list of banned cards.
4. There are few good decks in Traditional. Chaos is the #1 deck. We all know it. Magical Scientist is a close second. ^_^ Next are Last Turn and Exchange of Spirit.
