How to mount dive rock to Pool Deck ?

I want to get a big rock and fasten it to my cement pool deck as a dive rock, I'm looking for the best cement to use. I'm Trying to avoid drilling for re-bar and using other rocks to counter balance it.

1. rocks that size will be EXtremely heavy...not sure you would be able to get them to your pool...and once there i doubt the couple inches of cement will supprt them.......Look on line for fake rocks and use adhesive to stick them in place
