Wowzers! You have been collecting! I have a bro who is a huge fan. He's been working to get those cards, but your deck is loaded with good spell cards and trap cards. I think you could totally have the best deck of the people I know who loves Yugioh! Out of ten(ten being the best) yours is definately a 9.5. Good Luck!
Well to be quite honest with you, most anyone at the Tournaments i go to would probably hand you your butt. Since you have some banned cards though, it would be hard to say what might happen. I suggest you go to upperdeck.com and check out the latest forbidden/limited list and then re post your deck. still all in all not bad deck tho.
You simply have too many things going on. The deck wants to be Ancient Gear AND Gadgets. Both decktypes are valid and fun. Gadgets are slightly better, as far as consistency is concerned, but Ancient Gear is the engine that can help the Chimeratech OTK actually succeed. your deck is good but it can be better
If you are making a tech deck, not a good idea. Reliquinshed is as old as....bleh. You need Jinzo, a vital machine card, Cyber Dragons, Cyber Cores. If you want to use illegal cards, use Raigeki, plain and simple. Forget ritual cards because unless the effect is undoubtly going to your advantage, avoid as much as possible.
Try to limit ur deck to 40 card but ur deck is okay.

pretty good deck add a mechanical hound for some attack power and some other good traps such as magic cylinder barrel behind the door and compuslitory evacuation device
actually, you have a nice deck. it is nice not good. well, you must try to reconstruct it so that it will do well in battles.
