Platform Decks

Does anyone know the appropriate price to pay someone to build a simple 1 platform small deck? ballpark $?

I have all of the materials, need someone to build holes, footings and deck - 1 platform, 13 x 14 ft., 4 feet off the gound, 2 sets of stairs. I'm looking for the average price to pay for labor.

1. If you have all the materials I would say 1000 bucks give or take.
2. Be sure to get two or three estimates.
