Hey! A few friends and I are going to Ocean City, NJ this summer and we are going to throw our one friend a small 17th surprise birthday bash, but we really have no idea what to do!!! It's only 5 of us, but money really doesn't matter. So any ideas that would have to do with the beach, boardwalk, or even better an idea specific to Ocean City, NJ.
