How can I keep birds from crapping on my pool deck?

They congregate on my deck and solar cover and make a miserable mess, and nothing I've tried works..I've tried plastic owls, rubber snakes and yesterday, putting netting all over...this morning, my deck and cover is covered with more crap. I'm ready to resort to poison or shooting them next. I'm so angry. Its Brewsters Blackbirds that are causing the problem..nothing else. I despise them, they are like a BIG starling!

1. last fall we had the same problem ! The town told us to go outside and beat pots and pans together (they flew away and came right back ) Then they had the firetrucks come out everynight for a week sounding off the siren. This didnt work either ! maybe a BB gun? a powerful water hose? pellet gun? good luck wish i could be more of a help.........
2. Shoot the little pooping bastards!!
3. Put a screen enclosure over your pool and deck.
