Cape cod or Ocean city NJ, or another place?? I can't decide where to go for vacation. We are only a family of 3, or possibly even for this vaca two. Ive been to ocean city Nj numerous times so I know everything I need to know like where to stay and eat etc, but in terms of cape cod Im lost! Im looking for a beach trip with either a boardwalk or quaint city etc but its for the last week in august so I dont want the water to be ice! If anyone knows of exactly where to go in cape cod (which area) and which hotel I'd appreciate it. Also, if you have any other vacation ideas let me know.

what can you do in Ocean City, Maryland? I'm from NJ, are MD boardwalks just as entertaining? I looked it up and found that the "jolly rogers" amusement park is on the Ocean City pier but that costs money to get into. On jersey boardwalks there are stores, food, rides that you pay as you used them. Not that you pay just to get in whether you want the rides or not. I'm confused!

can i order ocean city, nj sweatpants online? i really need new ocean city sweatpants. i have the black ones that have a bright colored, paint splatter decal down the side and its wearing and cracking off. the boardwalk shops are closed this time of year. is there a place online where i can order a pair??

Trip to Atlantic city/Ocean City (NJ) or Ocean City (MD)? Me and my wife are planning to make a trip to Atlantic City (NJ) or to Ocean City (MD) for 3 days tis weekend. Can someone suggest what would be a better choice? I am leaning towards Atlantic City (AC) since I can do all the beach stuff at OCean City in NJ, and hit the casinos at night in Atlantic City. Also, at this last minute what would be the best options to stay at, on the boardwalk (at either AC or OC, MD)? Options are plenty, but I'm asking for options that be around $150 since the room is mainly to sleep and shower as we plan to spend most of our time outdoors. I don't see the point in spending $300 a night just for sleeping and showering.

What are the best family-oriented beaches in Florida? We'd like to take a day or weekend trip to a beach in Florida (we live in Kissimmee), and I'd like to know what beaches have the most to offer for a family (our son is 3). I don't care how far the beach is from home, but I do care that it's clean, family-oriented, and relatively safe. Please tell me all you can about whatever beach you recommend, including activities in the area, best places to stay, what the parking is like, how crowded, etc. I'm originally from south Jersey, so my idea of a weekend at the shore is based on Wildwood and Ocean City NJ, with crowded beaches and the fabulous boardwalks. I'd like to find some new favorites here in Florida where we can start a family tradition of visiting often!

boardwalk souvenirs ironed-on designs on clothes? i went to atlantic city, NJ just a few days ago. there was this certain design many stores would iron-on/press-on for you. they had many different words, from atlantic city...to cheerleader...to senior week....and it had this neon colored splattered paint. each store had the same design, just different words can you find this anywhere online? if not, would it be in more locations on boardwalks, not just atlantic city, nj?maybe like ocean city, md or wildwood, nj? if i tryed to look for it online, what should i type in?

Cute Stuffed Critters/Creatures? Hey! I got this thing for my friend while I was in Ocean City NJ on the boardwalk. It is driving me crazy because I can't remember what they were called, and her mom wanted to know. I will do my best to describe it! It was sort of like an Ugly Doll, except was cuter. There were a bunch of different kinds. They were all small, and some of them, like the one I gave my friend, was attached to a key-chain. It actually sort of looked like a home-made voo-doo animal doll. :-) Like I said, I got in a souvenier shop in Ocean City, but I'm sure they are in other shops, too. I think they were called something like "Puff Pals" or something with the word "Critters" or "Creatures." If anyone could help me out with a name, I would really appreciate it! Thanks so much!

Some questions about Cape May, NJ? I'm going there for Thanksgiving with my mom, dad, sister, brother, brother, grandma, grandpa, great uncle, great aunt, 2nd cousin and her husband, 2nd cousin and her husband. we are staying in a 3 story victorian house. i really hate old houses and im afraid it's going to be boring. we are going to go shopping one day in stone harbor, ocean city boardwalk, atlantic city and more. 1. What type of clothes should i wear? it's supposed to be in the low 50s. too warm for winter coat? 2. Is there going to be like old people there, or are there going to be some teens as well? 3. What can i do during the day to occupy myself if im stuck at the house?

where should we go for vacation? Im from Baltimore, and Id like to stay on the east coast and within reasonable driving distance. I hate Ocean City MD, NJ, and Im not too into VA Beach. Not really looking for places like that, no boardwalks, arcades, 4824958405 kids, and those lame touristy places. Were considering Mexico Beach Fl, and maybe OBX. I hav a big birthday problem. HELP!? Ok . lol. umm so i want to have my birthday party at a beach. Its April 25th. We are goign to either take a limo or some other car thing to whereever we go. I hav 3 choices. Atlantic City, NJ Cape May, NJ Ocean City, NJ In Atlantic City my parents would stay with me more. In Cape May, and OC they would let us go wherever. Which one do YOU think is better, and what could we do there since its only goign to b in april and a little coldish still. And if you know if the boardwalks are open that'd be awesome 2. =]
