Looking for best Santa Cruz area beach? Something in that general area, clean, easy to get too, fun to cavort in the water without getting covered in seaweed or worry about jellyfish. If there's one thats protected from most of the wind, so much the better. We've been to Natural Bridges and Seacliff. Seacliff wasn't too bad. Hated the climb and long walk to the surf at Manresa. The beach at the boardwalk is OK, but I hate that pond of toxic waste that runs down the middle. Don't like the pond in the middle of Capitola either. What's your favorite?

One of my favorite places was in Waikiki...Hawaii...there was this ice cream vendor that was selling this really great cotton candy ice cream...and ya know...since then I haven't tasted that particular flavor that delicious since then! 13 birthday help! Are these phobias normal for a 14 year old boy? Please help.? Well I didn't exactly want to waste 5 points asking this question, but I need to. My phobias are.. A fear of needles: Strong. I've fainted once. A fear of heights: Also somewhat severe. It causes me to turn down riding on roller coasters. Luckily the last time I went to a roller coaster park (santa cruz beach boardwalk), my friend also did not like them. A slight fear of spiders: If they're bigger than two quarters and I'm alone, I'll avoid them. (Go in a different room) Please leave comments on if these are normal and if there is any way to cure them. Person who gives most advice and ways to cure them possibly gets 10 points please. Keep in mind please that I take a nightly injection of HGH (Human Growth Hormone) because I'm about 4'9" at age 14. It seems to be helping a little bit, but when I go in for a blood test I get nervous. None of my reactions to these things are severe. Just mental stuff, and I fainted only once in my life.

We live in Visalia (near Fresno) and there's not really that much to do outside of the normal mall, restaurants, mini golf etc. My boyfriend and I are more of the hang out types but they are bringing a teenager and we don't want our guests to be bored. Our options are: 1. Visit Kings Canyon Park, see the Big Trees, play in the snow 2. Drive to Pismo beach, visit Hearst castle, see the ocean 3. Drive to Santa Cruz (Boardwalk, ocean, Mystery Spot) 4. Visit Yosemite 5. Stay home, hang out Which should we choose? Thanks
